Records of your agreement to our Preview Terms and any purchase agreement, including the date and time of acceptance.
Payment is processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your full card number; Stripe handles card data under its own security standards.

Basic usage data such as pages viewed, referring site, approximate location, device and browser type, collected through privacy-conscious analytics.
Cookies or similar technologies used to keep the site working and to measure aggregate traffic. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

How we use your information

To build, preview, and deliver your rebuilt website.
To respond to your inquiries and provide support for Flip + Care clients.
To process payments and keep records required for accounting and tax.
To send service messages you would expect, such as a preview-ready notice, a receipt, or a go-live email.
To operate, secure, and improve our site and service.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, and only as needed:

Stripe for payment processing.

Your business content

Any logo, photos, or copy you provide for a rebuild remain yours. We use them only to create and show you your website, and we do not publish your private preview publicly. See our Preview Terms for details on how previews are handled.

Data retention

We keep the information above only as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize it. Private preview links are time-limited and expire.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

You may request to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you may opt out of non-essential messages at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the EU General Data Protection Regulation, including the right to know what we collect and to request deletion. Children
